Gruppogamma.com (the "Site") is operated by Gruppo Gamma Pte Ltd ("us", "we", or "our"). The terms and conditions stated here (the "Terms"), including any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference, are legally binding for your use of the Site. The Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

The Terms apply to all users of the Site, including users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and content contributors. By using the Site in any manner including but not limited to browsing, making a purchase or performing a transaction, you agree to be bound by the Terms. By agreeing to the Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state of residence and have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to modify or replace any of the Terms by making changes to the Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

The Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate your use of the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Terms and conditions of sale

The Site offers for sale wrist watches, watch accessories and other promotional objects (hereafter the “Products”). Any validation of orders imply the acceptance without reserve of the current terms and conditions, which you are considered to have taken knowledge of.

In making a purchase or performing a transaction you acknowledge that you have made a fully informed decision, having read and understood all information currently published on the Site, including but not limited to the essential characteristics of the Products, the price of the Products and our store policy pertaining to ordering, shipping, warranty and returns. You expressly agree to pay, to the respective authorities and third parties, all applicable duties, taxes and additional handling fees arising from your purchase.

In certain cases, notably default of payment, incorrect address or other issues on your account, we reserve the right to retain your order until the issue is resolved.

Refunds

In making a purchase you acknowledge that if for any reason you would like to return Products that you purchased and seek a refund, you shall do so by contacting us through this Site within thirty (30) days from the date you received the Products, and you shall receive our confirmation before proceeding to return them. You shall bear the cost of shipping the Products to us.

The Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. If in our opinion the returned Products show signs of use, are not in their original packaging or are not in the same condition that you received them, your return will not be accepted and you shall bear the cost of shipping the Products back to you.

You also acknowledge that if your return is accepted, a re-stocking fee amounting to 6% of the price that you paid for the Products will be deducted from our refund to you.

Use of the Site

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Site including all information, services and Products delivered to you through the Site, is at your sole risk.

You may not use the Site, including all information, services and Products delivered to you through the Site, for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Site, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.

While we exercise reasonable care to provide accurate information to support purchasing decisions, we cannot guarantee that all information will be completely accurate based on your interpretation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied representations and warranties which, but for the Terms, might apply in relation to your use of the Site.

Occasionally there may be information that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct, change or update the information or cancel purchases and transactions if any information in the Site is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice, including after you have completed the purchases or transactions.

Images are provided to depict the Products as accurately as possible, but they do not form part of the contract and we cannot ensure perfect similarity with the Products offered.

While we endeavor to make the Site available to you, we assume no responsibility if the Site is temporarily unavailable without notice or if your access is disrupted in the event of system failure, maintenance or any event beyond our control.

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

If you send us queries, feedback, suggestions, proposals or other information, whether via the Site, by email, by postal mail or via social media ("Comments"), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium the Comments. We are under no obligation to maintain any Comments in confidence, to pay compensation for any Comments or to respond to any Comments.

You agree that your Comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your Comments will not be libelous, offensive or otherwise objectionable, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Site. We may monitor, edit or remove Comments that we determine in our sole discretion are objectionable.

You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any Comments. You are solely responsible for any Comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Comments posted by you or any third-party.
