Turnaround Time
Items in stock are typically shipped in 3 working days (Monday to Friday) after we receive your payment. Shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you via email.
International shipments are typically via courier such as DHL Express, and shipment usually takes 4-8 working days to reach you. For certain destinations and discounted items we may, at our discretion, use registered airmail instead or contact you to discuss alternatives.
Purchases from Singapore are delivered via doorstep delivery service, and delivery usually takes 1-2 working days.
Customs Clearance & Taxes
Our price doesn't include import duties that your local customs may require you to pay.
