Shipping charges

All items are shipped from Singapore. Shipping is free for the following destinations, except on occasions where the courier may impose remote area charges:

Turnaround time

Items in stock are typically shipped in 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday) after we receive your payment. Shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you via email.

International shipments are typically via courier such as DHL Express, and shipment usually takes 3-7 working days to reach you. For certain destinations and discounted items we may, at our discretion, use registered airmail instead.

Shipping time indicated by the courier does not include customs clearance, which may vary depending on the destination.

In rare cases, your local customs procedures may delay the delivery of certain shipments. We're not liable for such delays.

Singapore orders are delivered via doorstep delivery service, and this usually takes 1-2 working days.


Customs clearance & taxes

Our price doesn't include import duties, taxes or clearance fees that your local customs authority may require you to pay. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.

As different countries have different tax rates, check with your customs authority or use tools like SimplyDuty to estimate charges. In some countries, taxes may reach up to 25% of the product value. 

Courier services usually handle customs clearance, but they may add processing fees for low-value items sent to specific places.
