Refund policy

This policy is applicable to orders placed on our official store gruppogamma.com. For preorders, refer to our preorder policy.

 

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Once shipped, order cancellation is not possible.

Contact us via our website for order cancellations.

For each order cancellation we charge a 6% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund to you. This fee serves to offset the transaction charges that we pay to our e-commerce service provider each time a purchase is made, which is not recoverable.

Alternatively, to avoid the re-stocking fee, you can ask for a store credit equal to the amount you paid. This request shall be made when you inform us to cancel your order.

 

Returns

If you changed your mind after your order has been shipped, you may choose to have the item returned to us before you receive it, and seek a refund.

If you received the item but are not satisfied, you may return it to us and seek a refund as long as it's within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, contact us via our website. You should receive our confirmation before proceeding to return it.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

For timepiece returns we charge a 6% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from the refund to you. Alternatively, to avoid the re-stocking fee, you can ask for a store credit equal to the amount you paid, less shipping charges.

For accessories returns we issue a store credit equal to the amount you paid.

Shipping charges won't be refunded or credited.

In returning the item you shall bear all incurred costs and risk of loss or damage while the item's in transit.

If in our opinion the returned item shows signs of use, is not in its original packaging or is not in the same condition that you received it, we won't accept the return. In this case we'll ship the item back to you, and you shall bear the shipping cost.

For purchases made with credit cards, depending on your bank you'll see the refund show up between 5 to 10 business days after we've processed your refund. Taxes paid, credit card interest and exchange rate differences are not refundable.

 

Exclusions

Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once shipped.
