Dependable. Functional. Gruppo Gamma.

Venturo began in 2018 as a focused project within Gruppo Gamma, exploring utility through restraint. Our initiative affirms a simple truth - when executed properly, simplicity endures.

No theatrics, no excess, just a purpose-built instrument designed to keep you in sync, wherever the day leads.

Field watches emerged in the late 19th century as essential instruments for soldiers, built to endure harsh conditions, remain instantly legible, and support coordination in the field, day or night.

Minimalist by design, dependable by nature, the Venturo Field III carries Gruppo Gamma’s reputation for rugged precision into a travel-ready form.

You don’t need a complicated watch; you need one you can trust - simple to read, easy to maintain, and made to last. It’s the kind of watch you’ll wear every day.

The Venturo Family

Now in its third iteration, the Venturo Field III marks several firsts for Gruppo Gamma. At 40mm, it's the smallest case we’ve ever produced, yet it delivers unexpected wrist presence and a reassuring, rock-solid feel.
For the first time, we’ve also introduced a GMT function, adding a new layer of utility and reinforcing the Field III’s role as a true, purpose-built field watch.

Modern Tool

The Field III GMT brings the toughness of a field watch together with the practicality of a second time zone, in a compact, wear-anywhere 40mm case.

From morning meetings in Tokyo to evening calls in New York, the Field III GMT is built for those who move between worlds.

Blue Glow

The Venturo Field III is one of the very few collections in Gruppo Gamma’s history to feature Super-LumiNova® BGW9.

Using the highest grade available, the Field III emits a calm, crisp blue glow in low light - functional, legible, and quietly distinctive.

Featured in all Field III models.

Strap Monster

Gruppo Gamma has always been known for "strap monster" watches that look great with just about any strap.

The Field III is shipped with steel bracelet and rubber strap, both with convenient quick release functions. Also, the bracelet uses screw-in links that can be removed and installed easily, using the signature multi-purpose tool included with the watch.

We have a good in-house selection but if you already own other 22mm straps or plan to buy aftermarket, this is the watch for you.

Craftsmanship

As a watch enthusiast, you expect your timepiece to be tough and yet refined.
You'd recognise and appreciate the use of the best materials for your timepiece.
There's no other way by which high quality can be achieved.

Mechanical Timekeeping

Mechanical watches are powered by energy stored and harnessed through an intricate clockwork of tiny gears and springs, a technology that preceded quartz watches by almost a thousand years.

The mechanical movements used in our timepieces are of class-leading reliability. They are easy to maintain, and should run trouble-free for many years.

Sapphire watch crystals

Sapphire

Corundum, also known as sapphire, has a hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale of 1 to 10, and is surpassed in hardness only by diamond.

Compared to mineral glass and acrylic crystals, material and tooling costs are much higher for sapphire. All our sapphire crystals are double-domed and have anti-reflective coating on the underside and while this further increases costs, it also improves readability and shatter-resistance.

Premium leather sheets

Leather

Leather has been in use since prehistory for clothing and shelter. It played a key role in the evolution of pocket watches to wrist watches, when timepieces were first worn on the wrist of military personnel by means of leather straps.

Our leather straps are made of top grain cowhide from reputable tanneries.
