Preorder Policy

Deposit & Balance Payments

To place a preorder, you pay the deposit listed on the product page.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that you accept the terms and conditions of shipping, refund and warranty for the item you preordered.

When the item is ready to ship, we’ll send you an email to seek the balance payment. If we don't hear from you within 14 days of the email, your preorder would be deemed cancelled.

 

Preorder Fulfilment Time

The target shipping date is published on the product page where you placed your preorder. Unless the date has passed, we regret that we don't respond to enquiries on when your item will ship.

As we ship in batches, some customers will receive their notification and items earlier than others.

We're not liable for unforeseen production delays. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that you accept the turnaround time and possible delays.

 

Preorder Cancellation

You can cancel your preorder and seek a refund, as long as it hasn't been shipped. Contact us via our website for order cancellations.

Once shipped, preorder cancellation is not possible.

For preorders cancelled by you, a 6% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, to avoid the re-stocking fee we can give you a store credit instead. To do this, you must inform us at the time you cancel your preorder.

 

Returns

Preorder fulfilment constitutes a final sale. Once your preorder has been shipped, the purchased items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
